• Any details you share about your learner or situation

If you sign up for a free guide or our email list, we collect your email address. We also use basic website analytics to understand how visitors use our site in aggregate — not to identify individuals.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a free introduction call
• Deliver the services you request
• Send you requested resources, such as free guides
• Send occasional email updates, such as our monthly blog digest, if you've subscribed

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information About Minors

Some of the information we collect comes directly from students. For example, our intake process includes questions for the student themselves, about their interests, preferences, and how they like to learn, so we can personalize their support. This information is collected with parent or guardian consent, as agreed to in your CLEAR Path enrollment agreement. We use it solely to shape the instruction, tutoring, or support we provide, and we don't use it for any other purpose or share it outside of delivering your services.

How We Store and Protect Information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Contact form submissions are stored securely in our backend and delivered to our email inbox, and access is limited to CLEAR Path staff.

Your Choices

You can ask us to:

• Access the information we have about you or your student
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, unless we're required to keep it for legal or recordkeeping reasons
