Getting Started
How does it work?
Every relationship starts with a free introduction call. Tell us what you're navigating, and we'll point you to the right starting place — even if that isn't with CLEAR Path.
Is there any cost or obligation for the introduction call?
No. It's free, and there's no obligation to continue afterward.
How do I schedule a call?
Fill out the contact form and we'll follow up within one business day to set up a time.
Services
What grades do you work with?
Secondary tutoring is for grades 6 through 12. Curriculum design and homeschool support can work with a broader age range — we'll talk through fit on your introduction call.
Is everything virtual?
Sessions are primarily virtual, which allows scheduling flexibility. We're based in the Denver–Boulder metro area and work with families virtually nationwide.
Do you work with schools and districts, or only families?
Both. Instructional coaching and professional development is designed for teachers, instructional teams, and school leaders. Our other three pillars are family-facing.
Can I use more than one service at a time?
Yes. Many families combine more than one pillar — for example, tutoring alongside advocacy support. We'll help you figure out what combination makes sense.
Do you work with my child's IEP or school team?
Yes. Tutoring plans can align to existing IEP goals, and our advocacy services work directly with your school team when needed.
Scheduling & Payment
How do I pay?
Zelle is our preferred payment method and comes at no added cost. Card payments carry a small processing fee. See our Policies page for full details.
What if I need to reschedule?
See our Policies page for our current scheduling and cancellation guidelines.
How often are sessions?
This depends on the service and your goals — we'll recommend a cadence during your introduction call.
